AZ Property was established in 2008 by Alex Zieleniewski, a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), originally based in Fulham, SW London.
Initially focusing solely on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), the business quickly gained a reputation for delivering high-quality services to private landlords, property managers, and some of London’s most prominent estate agents, including Strutt & Parker, Harrods Estates, WA Ellis, Marler & Marler, Garton Jones, John D Wood, Knight Frank, Hamptons, and Aylesford International.
In 2020, Alex introduced Mary Amir, a property specialist, to expand the range of services offered. While Mary now leads the property services side, Alex continues to manage operations and ensure seamless service delivery. AZ Property covers most of London.
