AZ Property was established in 2008 by Alex Zieleniewski, a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), originally based in Fulham, SW London.
Initially focusing solely on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), the business quickly gained a reputation for delivering high-quality services to private landlords, property managers, and some of London’s most prominent estate agents, including Strutt & Parker, Harrods Estates, WA Ellis, Marler & Marler, Garton Jones, John D Wood, Knight Frank, Hamptons, and Aylesford International.
Alex continues to manage operations and ensure seamless service delivery across most of London.
